Nice restaurant. Simple steak and fries were very tasty and well worth the price. The waiting staff were very attentive, which made for a pleasant experience.

Cote Barbican is a good French restaurant near the Barbican. They've got a great range of dishes, including a good duck a l'orange and steak. Food is pretty flavorful, and cooked well.
Drinks are on the more expensive side, especially for wine. The food is priced well, however. Service was alright, but I wish thr waiter would have come around more often.
Cote is worth a stop if going to see an exhibit or show at the Barbican.

Food was tasty and well presented: the right amount of condiments in the sea bass with olive tapenade and potatoes which I ordered. The portion was a bit small though. The restaurant is nice: I liked the atmosphere and the location, with the Barbican just outside the big windows, but it was really noisy! Service was slow but staff was helpful and attentive. I would go back. ☺️

The food is great. Not fancy, but well prepared. Service was attentive; until all of the wait-staff were gathered to an extended conference with the boss in the middle of dinner time! That knocked off a star and a tip.

The fillet steak was perfectly cooked and dauphinois was delicious. Had their Wednesday offer steak offer.

Tasty and fresh food. The portions do not look enormous but the food is very satisfying so it’s not an issue if you are looking for lunch.

A very decent Burger with fries on side. Caffe crema creamy enough.

The place is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and the coffee is good but the british breakfast that i ordered was tasteless, with basic ingredients in small portions, i expected more for such a high price, i had better”english breakfasts” in the greek islands, for a fraction of this price…

Dined for dinner this evening and was highly impressed with the meal, service and friendliness of the staff. They went the extra mile to celebrate a birthday and even delivered complimentary champagne (Thanks Luke!)
The meals themselves were all excellent and very well priced.
Will be back again and bring guests. Highly, highly recommended.
