Burger & Lobster Threadneedle Street

Me and my husband had an amazing day during the "Lobster Day" in Threadneedle branch. From the security personnel, the server and the manager were super friendly. The food was served hot and delicious!! We have tried 4 branches of burger and lobster in London. All had different ambience and I love all 4!! Deffo gonna try other branches too!!

Came here for Lunch on a Friday Ordered few burgers and lobster meals The lobster is quite ok and fresh so it was good The burger, a bit disappointed on the beef. Seems too rough or I should say not juicy at all. Feels like factory packed beef and pan fried only. It needs some improvement on this or May be I am here just right at their opening at noon which the beef might be just out from freezer or so whatever. Atmosphere is great as it’s in this nicely district Service is ok, friendly as they could Overall, if u want some burger or quick meal, it’s a place to come Lots of space and seats Not likely need reservations at lunchtime

The lobster is much better than the burger!! Starters were ok...but not blown away Had the lobster roll and burger for main, which unfortunately I had to get to take away ..and this is why it is getting a 4 star and 5 star for service...they were SO kind. Had to leave early (my friends stayed) and they bagged up my (only just delivered) main course. No problem, just really kind and lovely about it The rest of the rating was really from my friends who said they were so disappointed with the burger...so for me...get the lobster roll...it was delicious!

We upgraded our order with truffle fries, but got regular fries instead. The server was very understanding and got us a serving of truffle fries at no extra cost. Food was delicious, the earl gray watermelon lemonade was amazing (I’d go back for that alone) but the couple sitting next to us was obnoxious and ruined the atmosphere of what would have been a perfect culinary experience.
