Marilucia is my partner and I’s favourite restaurant on Wood Street and in the area. The pizzas are phenomenal - thin (Italian style), wood fired. An authentic Sardinian experience. The pasta is great. The food is always fresh and delicious and very importantly, Max (the owner) is an absolute delight and makes you feel very welcome. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Great place with friendly staff, where you can taste traditional Sardinian kitchen. There are plenty of pizza options cooked on a woodfire oven. What I did enjoy most was tagliatelle with meatballs in a superb tomato sauce.

We came here for a late lunch and were med by a cheerful Italian waiter who really made us feel at home. The menu was typical Italian/Pizzeria. When the food came it was perfectly ok, but only average quality for this kind of dishes. But a nice atmosphere made it a lovely meal nevertheless.

We popped in just before closing and they were more than happy to serve us, very friendly and personable. Great pizza with plenty of quality authentic toppings, lovely well cooked pasta, what's not to love :-)
