I visited this place during my trip to London, i ordered Ice latte, crossiant, chicken wrap, vegetarian bap burger, all the items were delicious, i highly recommend this place

Stopped here for a quick breakfast. Had a ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious! Line was pretty long but that staff did a great job hustling through everyone. Highly recommend if you are near a need a quick pick me up.

I spilled my coffee today and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. They remade the coffee and soiled food right away. I was very thankful for their help and was very happy with their service

Fantastic very pleased with the service of the staff, with the quality of coffee and food. The whole process was smooth and awesome. I definitely recommend this inside hotel coffee shop.

They have great coffee with oat milk. I ate a desert that was a bit hard but the taste was great! Perfect place for charging your phone while taking a nice break.

This coffee shop is hidden away a stone’s through from Westminster Bridge (though sadly lacking the view), since the entrance is through the Park Plaza.
It obviously lacks an authentic old school cafe vibe (and it does face our onto one of the busiest roads in all of London), but Illy has a lively modern style and this branch is unlikely to be hectically busy inside.

Super nice café inside the park plaza hotel. Staff is really nice and kind. I am an ex barista and lemme tell you the coffee is AMAZING. The barista was a Spanish guy the did one of the best coconut mocha I've ever had in London. It's a bit pricy tho 9.50 for 2 mochas, but the place and atmosphere is nice and is inside a hotel so it costs more.
