The food was quite good, but for the price at this quality I'd expect a larger portion. The waiters were often too busy and ignored us a few times when we were trying to get more water and pay the bill.

This place was so unique and the service was brilliant! I highly recommend the combo meals so you can try both the lobster and burgers which are both amazing!

The location and atmosphere is good for this branch, but as a lobster lover, I would say its lobster is just ok. Also, the chicken burger is average. I would come back to try the lobster roll next time and see if we can upgrade the review to 5 stars 🙂

I made a reservation on line on a weekday(Wednesday) but when i got in for lunch i probably wouldn't need to. Food was delicious! Got 2 sharing lobster so the weight and price did go up. The waitresses was very nice and honest when asking if certain dishes would be enough for 1 or 2 people. I would definitely go again amd. Recommend. Only thing i would probably suggest to change is the size of the cups you use for water to a normal size.
I came in with 4 people including a baby, I did wish they gave us a bigger table compared to 2 people sharing a bench table for 4+(a few had tables like that). with that i would rate the service a 4* other than that everything was good

Worth the wait. As we did not make a reservation we had to wait an hour.
But:
The drink is fabulous!
The burgers are tasty!
And you have to try the oysters.
The staff is super friendly.
The only two things that could be better are, that the beer could be in drought option (normal one not ale) and that they could bring the oysters before the main course.
They forgot to bring them before the burgers so we could not enjoy them as wanted.

The atmosphere was amazing and the food was great. We did have to wait for quite a while to get the food but it was well worth the wait. Would we go back? Yes we would.

We went for National Lobster Day. We had a great time, and they were really accommodating as it was my partners birthday. So they bought him out a dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to him. They staff were really good considering how busy they were. As the deal was £10 for any lobster roll meal or half lobster.

What an amazing place!
I was wondering if the Lobster Roll worth it and definatelly yes!,I went there to eat the roll amd no doubt is one of the best I ever tried!
Oysters are really good and it's pretty nice to spend a good time and great dinner!
The place is beautiful and the bar table where you can eat is great!
Service is really good and the ambient, music and style amazing!
Must go in the center of London!

The lobster roll lives up to its name! Ultra delicious! It is a bread roll toasted and inside there is a rich lobster filling. Accompanied by fries and a butter sauce. Heavenly taste on earth! Even though there are burgers and lobsters restaurants in SG, London is the first time I tried their food. Thumbs up 👍
