My husband and I came here for an early Valentine's dinner and absolutely loved it!! We hadn't tried Burmese food before but the owner was very helpful helping us choose dishes, and we were really blown away by how delicious the food was! The tea leaf salad, pickled lamb curry, and chicken khaosay especially were amazing! All very reasonably priced too! Thanks for a great dinner - we are already excited to come back and try some more dishes!

My first experience having Burmese cuisine and why did I wait for so long?
Loved this quaint and off the beaten track place. The staff were super friendly with a homely feel only a hand few restaurants can achieve.

A lovely bit of Myanmar in London. We came mid week and for most of the meal were the only customers. Service was friendly and quick - the waitress seemed happy to explain what meals contained. The tea leaf salad was good and overall food we had we were happy with. Prices are good and the owners seemed grateful for the business and compliments.

Best food - well worth trecking the small distance up Edgware Road. Kindest, most friendly service in this family run restaurant. We are big fans (very veggie friendly) and will definitely be back again (repeat visit today).

Something very special. Wonderful and Original experience. The kind of warm, family run, community conscientious place, everyone's always looking for. First time to eat Burmese, and it was just as exciting as I was hoping for. Wonderful tea leaf salad, and Lamb dishes. Owner very nice to talk to. Easy. Come in, sit down, food on the table with quick, prices low.

Absolutely outstanding. This is a labour of love for the owner (and the only place in the capital to have Burmese beer). Food is lovely, truly authentic and the tea leaf is better than any I had when travelling in Myanmar.
Go and discover the food of this fabulous country yourself. And have a chat with the owner, he has some wonderful stories to tell.

I went here two days in a row because the food was so good. I've not had Burmese food before so not sure about how authentic, but it tasted homemade and fresh. The chicken khowsay was heavenly, and I also loved the papaya & cucumber salad. Will definitely go again!

Went twice in a week because we were so impressed! The food is delicious, the staff are so friendly and really take the time to explain how the food is made and the differences between Burmese food and Indian/Thai. Extremely good value and you can tell the food is cooked from scratch every time.
