Perfect service, the staff were very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations. We had the prawns and pardons and they were delicious. Finished off the meal with a mocha afrogatto which was served with a chocolate sorbet rather than ice cream, very tasty. I would definitely return 👌

The service was impeccable, probably the best service I've ever had at a restaurant, they were so hospitable - they anticipated our every need without the need to ask - water was constantly topped up, the food arrived in such good time. The restaurant deco had such attention to detail - it felt so homely. Food-wise, I recommend the starter buffalo cauliflower (I'm not vegan, but that sauce was noteworthy). I highly recommend a visit!

Ate in the Balham restaurant today with my daughter, son and granddaughter and felt inclined to leave a review.
The food was great and couldn’t be faulted, and the biscoff milkshake my son had was apparently the best ever!
However, it was the quality of the service that made me want to leave the review. Really welcoming and super accommodating. The level of attentiveness was spot on and would definitely recommend to eat there!

Four of us had a meal here including one very fussy kid. All loved our burgers which were stacked and had a lot of flavour, and the salted fries were the best I've had for ages. Plus kind service.

I’ve had a brasserie truffle burger, which was absolutely amazing. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever tried. Very fast and friendly service, the staff came to check on me a few times during my meal, checking that I’m happy with everything. I had a lovely experience. Especially thank you to Berci 👍

We went on a Thursday night and it was very quiet (we’d reserved tables but this is probably not necessary). The restaurant has a nice atmosphere we got seated at a booth which felt very cozy and intimate. I got the burger au naturale and the rosemary fries, a bit on the pricy side but very delicious and filling, vegan and vegetarian options (you can swap out the bun and cheese on the vegan burgers for the non-vegan version). I would also recommend the Paloma. Overall nice experience

The burger was incredible! Service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, more tailored to a dinner with friends than a quiet date but would work for both!

This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had here in london, and I’m American haha, but seriously every placement of layer of burger was thought out even through delivery, was seriously impressed! The fries need some work but the burger definitely made up for it!

I've only been there once for the happy hour, which is a good deal - cocktails for £5. They served us really well, even if we just went for the drinks. I would like to go back to try the food, as the place looks really cute and the food looks good.
