Had a fantastic experience supporting my friend who is autistic and a wheelchair user, the staff, Leanne in particular really provided an outstanding service for us and understood immediately my friends needs and was able to support empathically and professionally - Thank you Leanne you're absolutely amazing!! My friend really enjoyed his meal on the balcony and we were made to feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thank you again :D

One of my favorite breakfast places in the UK. This quality of food you can only experience in Weatherspoon and polish trains (WARS). Everyone should try the traditional breakfast here at least once. 4 stars for service bacause it should be a faster so the food comes hot not warm/cold. Free coffee refill. Ice cold beer.

Traditional spoons atmosphere, myself and my girlfriend came here for breakfast for a long day's travel due to the Victoria cafe up the road being closed. We had an issue after ordering breakfast where the establishment had run out of eggs, at 9am... this alone was already not a great start. The service from the duty manager at the time was phenomenal. Letting each customer know of the issue and providing alternatives so couldn't fault the gentleman (whom unfortunately I couldn't get the name of but was very approachable) redeemed the experience just slightly. The food came after waiting around 45 minutes when the app displayed a 15 minute wait and was still hot which was great, but it's pretty bang average for your traditional spoons breakfast. Would I come here again? Yes, to give it another chance at redeeming itself in terms of its stock issue and ease of access.

LOOKING FOR A NICE/CHEAP PUB? I really liked this pub. It is located in a very chill and quiet place and the service was very polite, nice and efficient. The prices are very affordable and the food is okay. I would recommend this place specially for people who are in a hurry but still want to enjoy some time drinking and eating nice food. TAKE CARE!!! This wheterspoon has a limited menu and is not offering steaks nor fish and chips.
