Faanoos - Chiswick

Been coming to Faanoos with my family for years, it's hands down our favourite intimate dinner spot with the best Persian food we've ever had. The staff is lovely, food portions are generous and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Highly recommend their chullu kebab and the okra curry dish. Ask for pomegranate currents to add to your rice or bread for a burst of flavour!

i rarely award 5 stars to a food establishment - if i didn't in this case, i would be a liar. portion sizes were ideal and very VERY reasonable prices (personally, i was shocked to find this in london). enjoyed mast o khiyar and a 1 person mixed grill (joojeh+koobideh) and oh my goodness THE RICE?? delicious. the fresh bread was superb; the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with a bread tandoor's smell permeating the air. so scrum. the vibes were immaculate, i imagine tehran to feel like this. already thinking of who i'm bringing with me next time!!

Every bite was a harmonious blend of flavors that left me craving more. The variety of vegetarian options at Faanoos is also commendable. The sabzi khordan, a platter of fresh herbs, radishes, and Persian cheese, was a refreshing and vibrant starter. The service at Faanoos is impeccable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of your dining experience is met with care and precision. They are happy to guide you through the menu and provide recommendations based on your preferences. The ambience of the restaurant is an ode to Persian culture. From the intricate tapestries adorning the walls to the warm lighting that creates an intimate atmosphere, every detail has been carefully curated to transport you to Iran itself.

My go to restaurant during the week or weekends… very convenient for Chiswick Business Park employees and people lives in Chiswick and Brentford… never disappointed me Food is delicious and stuff are very nice 👍 Only one concern I have is their bathroom needs to be renovated and improved… I wish they do it soon 🤝
