Lovely cozy place with delicious food. The avocado toast was delicious, super fresh and tasty. You can feel the attention given to products, like the organic eggs that really make a difference. Friendly staff and nice place in general where you have phone chargers on each table. will come back for sure to explore the menu.

coffe was good though a bit mild for my taste, I prefer it stronger. fried eggs on toast also tasted good though a bit too oily, and at £6 I was expecting either two slices of bread or one big slice (the one I had was so tiny it was not enough to soak in two yolks). despite being an independent coffee, service and ambience felt rather corporate. all in all average experience

One of my favorite coffee houses in London. Thanks to Tom and the team. They welcome like you are family and the team is very knowledgeable about the coffee and brewing processes. Their brewing technique is exceptional. The filter coffees are flavorful and smooth from start to finish. The "Geisha" blend is absolutely beautiful to the scent and taste. Aromatic with tasting nodes of citrus, floral and a nutty finish to balance it out. Highly recommend the pancakes. They are a light, airy pillowy texture, and not too sweet. Which makes them perfect for creamy / sweet toppings. Thanks again! We will be back.

The breakfast here is top top notch. Everything we ordered was delicious and we felt like we’d missed out because we couldn’t order more (mainly because the portions are huge). Very fair prices as well. Probably the best breakfast in central London. Come early though, as the queues get long!!

We stumbled upon this place and it was an amazing find. The place was quite full, but we got seated in two minutes. Their pancakes and avocado toasts were good. They have amazing coffee as well. Fast service and friendly staff. Great place for breakfast.

Nice cosy cafe in Soho. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. We tried the filter coffee which was excellent. Food wise we tried the baked omelette and scrambled eggs with avocado. We enjoyed both of these. I will definitely return to try their pancakes which looked great too!

I can only strongly recommend this place. It is just on the other side of the street from the popular The Breakfast Club Soho. Instead of standing in the queue and waiting go straight to 39 Steps Coffee. Great selection of fine coffee. Delicious breakfast menu. My absolute favourite is the Londoner. Freshly baked sourdough bread with crust layered with warm mashed avokado and sprinkled with olive oil and lemon. Poached egg on the top and cheddar shavings. Irresistible!! Pancakes are classic and one can choose from different toppings. Comes with mashed banana and honey by default. Check out what's offered by the counter. Vegan banana bread or coffee and walnut cake. Friendly staff, very clean and lots of light. Post your breakfast on Instagram and let your phone rest on the wireless charger. Every table is equipped with couple of those. 5-star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good food and easy location to go to in central London. However the place is quite small so there's often a queue outside. If planning ahead, it should be fine. Worth a try but won't be my go-to.
