Bought our grandson a cone, and as he took his first bite/lick, the scoop of ice-cream fell to the ground. Without hesitation the lady produced another and the day was saved! Only lost a star as expensive, but the ice cream was delicious, and so I guess that’s Oxford Street rents for you!!

Wafflemeister, what a tasty treat. Delicious ready grab and go waffles - fresh out of the oven and with incredible range of waffles to offer. Go Banana is one of my favourite, the freshness of the bananas complimented the waffles so well. It's a must grab.

Had waffles from here, loved the waffles but hated the customer service.
Went to the bond street wafflemeister and we were taking our time to decide on which ones to buy which is obviously being a customer our right to do that and not that we were taking hours to decide or blocking the line or other customers as we were standing on the side and deciding. The girl who had to take the order just rudely asked the person next to him to deal with us as we are taking time to decide and she cannot deal with it.
Really need to work on this.

Delicious waffles, but only when they are fresh out of the oven. There have been a few times when I have been given already made waffles, which did not taste good at all.

The two scoops were HUGE. My man was trying to feed me well! I was not expecting that much of ice cream so it was a sweet surprise at midnight. Just the right place for some simple guilty pleasure.
