Banging food! Great to have such variety in taste, texture and options of vegan food. I love the inspiration from various world foods plus the famous deserts, soft serve and milkshakes made it over to the new location from the original store in shoreditch. Music always brings good vibes. I’d given my compliments to the lady at the tills and the head chef personally came out to the front of the restaurant and I was able to thank for her for the delicious food. All in all a brilliant experience- so glad I stopped by. I’m looking forward to being able the expansion of the seating area for more dine in fun as I travelled from Greenwich to support the new location which is quite far but well worth it !

10/10 absolutely banging vegan food. Me and my friend came before seeing fred again at ally pally and honestly it is some of the best vegan food I've ever had. I got the jerk burger Mac and cheese and their spiced chips. Every single item was genuinely amazing. Those chips especially so spicy to die for. Bit of a spice fiend and although didn't have a hot sauce on the menu the chef very kindly and unexpectedly whipped up a quick one for me she must be an amazing natural chef because one of the best hot sauces I've had and it came out quick aha. Service was good not fine dining level or anything but really friendly down to earth kinda vibe which i prefer. Also the afrobeat music topped it off couldn't stop boogieing in my seat. Whole experience completely faultless look forward to when I'm in the area again to try some more on the menu. Big thanks again to the chefs.

What a great place! Firstly, the food is wonderful. This is a carribean take on vegan food, which I haven't seen anywhere else. It's interesting, bold, and well executed. I was very impressed by the vegan "flank steak" which wad chewy and stingy abd came with a wonderful array of flavors and veggies. The curries are great, especially the red bean curry with little dumplings. I also enjoyed the cocktail, which was prepared very meticulously. Prices are also pretty darn good, considering this is very flavorful, fun, vegan food. It's clear the place is still in its infancy. The service was extremely friendly and nice, but it was hard to get attention and cutlery. The music was perhaps a tad too loud, and the air conditioning too strong. The seating is still not quite ready for a full restaurant. But they're working on it! I can't wait to come again and upgrade the review one their teething issues are sorted.

My visit at Genesis was exceptional. What a gem! Although I’m not vegan myself, the food was so fresh and tasty. Various options to choose from. The match milkshake was one of the best I had. On top of that, the staff was so friendly and attentive. I recommend this place 100% and we’ll definitely be back:)

So after a disappointing first visit due to food being out of stock and us arriving at a super busy time we were adament to give it another go and well, we were super happy we did The food is absolutely gorgeous and reasonably priced for the portion sizes Fantastic flavours and came away feeling completely satisfied with our meal! We arrived maybe 10 minutes after it opened for an early lunch and had a really friendly waiter The Korean bbq seitan were the highlight of the meal for me and I wait to go back!
