Haven't wait at all, there were two baristas working one of them was faster than the other, that helped for the queue to move smoothly, she was friendly and delivered the goods promptly.
One of my favorite coffee franchises in the UK. They have outlets everywhere. This one was located at Euston train station. Which was perfect to get my coffee on the go before taking the train. Their ice cappuccino is great and the prices were good. You can never go wrong with Nero cafe.
I was served by Lisa today and she provided great customer service. I’m very happy with the staff members at Caffè Nero – even in the busy morning rush they remain professional, friendly and prompt. Always a pleasant experience.
Food is ok. Coffee? Not so much.

I asked to be served in a cup instead I was given in a paper cup.
They had only ONE cinnamon bun so I ordered Cappuccino cake

Very dry & rude service. Used to go Cafe Nero but this beach staff pissed me off. Staff were European as they were talking in other language n laughing even no one knows they r laughing at customers or having jokes. …
