Such a fun pub with great food and great cocktails. We were visiting from the US and the staff here is very warm and welcoming! Darla have is several suggestions for things to see and places to go. I highly recommend this gem of a place if you're visiting the area. Simply the most friendly and welcoming staff!

Lunch was delicious, served in a friendly and timely manner.
This pub now has a reputation of excellence which is gaining momentum in the neighbourhood. Jake and his family are very well liked and have turned this place around. It is warm, friendly and welcoming, professional and inviting. It seems to us that it is extremely well-run and Jake takes an interest in the local community; always asking about our church and activities and he has invited our choir to sing carols in December.
Previous to Jake taking over, we had stopped visiting this pub so much, due to the quality of both the food and drinks, as well as the atmosphere and, at times, lack of friendliness from staff. It got slightly better with the temporary manager but we are delighted to use the pub again now. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I totally believe that comes from having a great manager and his work ethic has certainly rubbed off on the staff. In all honesty, I truly believe that the whole team are an absolute credit to Greene King and they all deserve to be acknowledged for turning the Greystoke around.

Came here as my phone died and needed to charge it. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the people here were very nice and sweet as well. Water was given on the house too 😅 beautiful pub will definitely be coming here again soon! Well recommended.

Hands down the most welcoming pub In the entire of London. From the moment I walked in the staff could not of been more accommodating. The bar tender by the name of ebon is one of the greatest of all time. Now it's time to talk about the other impeccable staff member by the name of Lisa. The nicest , warmest and most accommodating human being I have ever possibly met. The service in this establishment is with our a doubt 10 out of 10!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT!!!!

As I walked into this cruiser it felt so warm and welcoming.
The first face to great me was a wonderful young woman by the name of Lisa. To say she was helpful would be an understatement. Lisa went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one.
For anyone unfamiliar with the area looking for top notch grub, friendly, warm atmosphere and a cracking pint served with a smile, try Greystoke.
I can't end the review without mentioning Ebe. Such a kind, positive human being, thank you both for a thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Visited here with my fiance and friends. A lovely pub with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were especially impressed with the manager Jake and his wife Lisa. Both lovely people. Great food and service and all round really enjoyed it. Highly recommended and we definitely will be returning.
