Caffe Nero is always been one of my place to have a drink or coffee, but this store was one of the busiest comparing to the other locations.
Service and team were good, the store was filled with customers so I had to try with the paper cups.
The mocha was so delicious as always.

I have been in two occasions.The customer services was bad one of this time ,because the way the girl served me ,She was a bit rude and rushing and speak another language which I understand ,but must said the second time I have better experience.Well located and nice gentlemen at the door👌

A beautiful store lined with bookshelves with a lot of additional seating both downstairs and outside. The baristas were helpful, offering us water with ice on a hot day which we appreciated and also made our drinks very quickly.

I been a regular customer with this coffee bar, collected numerous amount of loyalty stamps for my free coffee.
However across most of the coffee bars, there are some very good staff who make exceptional coffee and who actually listen to what you as a customer has ordered. On the other hand, Their are some staff who don't really care, very rude and obnoxious, you ask for none dairy milk due to allergies, and a particular type of coffee, low and behold your having something totally different being pushed on to you. Other than that, as mentioned before, there are some really great staff who does wonders for caffe Nero.
I only gave 5 star, only for the coffee not for the staff.

Tried most of the vegan options and we were very impressed. They also have a delicious caramel chocolate cheesecake🙌🏻 good to see a variety of vegan options and the staff were so nice
