The coffee is ok and if you have the subscription, it's worth it 😊 The staff was kind. The bathroom was quite dirty but most of pret locals do not have toilets.

this is my local branch and all the members off staff are so helpful and attentive. A special mention and thank you too the manager as on her cleaning duties found my wallet which fell out off my jacket and this morning in branch expressed my gratitude too her for the safe return .

They have got it down to a fine art... can't beat Pret...always loads of chairs available and lovely croissants with Coffee!

All the staff are pleasant and bubbly. Tigist in particular always does all that she could do to make each visit smooth and enjoyable.

Having come out of surgery and hadn't eaten for 18 hours (now 2pm-ish) had the delicious meatball wrap & a mocha which was 1 of the best I've had (previously had the worst mocha I'd ever had by Chelsea & Westminster hospital) certainly filled a hole. Also took a chocolate croissant home which was equally lush

This Pret is a lovely, spacious restaurant, great coffee & food, and really nice staff. I would like to make a very special mention of a member of staff - Viola. Last Wednesday, on what was a really difficult day for me when my husband was in the hospital nearby having an operation, her thoughtfulness and kindness meant so much to me and really helped. Thank you very much again Viola for being so lovely and caring, I appreciated it very much.

Pret never lets us down with the quality of their food and the brilliant customer service. This one serves the local hospital and kindly provides a 10% discount. They've managed the COVID restrictions really well. I love their soups and often get take away after a long day at work.

A delightful coffee shop. I was totally relieved to be able to use the bathroom before ordering my drink.
The staff weren't very nice other than that, I liked my oat latte. And my friend also liked her food and drink. 🤍
