Excellent historic pub. Had two halves of Heritage beers both rated 4/5 on the CAMRA NBSS, think they rotate their guest ales frequently but may always have a Southwark beer on. Friendly staff. Think they do food but probably only towards the weekend (I'm in on a Wednesday)

Great pub, not too busy at lunchtimes. Good atmosphere and a strong range of beers and ales. Had a decent porter for only £5.50. If the interior looks familiar, it's the one in the Krays film!
Pretty great pub with lots of life. We were very loud when we arrived, but it wasn’t too bad. Watched the football and then played a couple of games of pool : not bad at all!
