The Restaurant At The Wyndham Grand

After a mistake I made with dates for my booking, (turning up a day early !) Rana on the reception was amazing and sorted everything for me, despite it being booked through an 3rd party who couldn’t help change the dates. I was almost in tears being that we are having a very rare few child free nights away thinking it was all going to be ruined ! She even provided us complimentary drink whilst it was being sorted served by the barman, Reddy who is clearly passionate about his job and also very entertaining! Such professional and helpful service from Rana, the reservations team and her other two colleagues on reception, one being Mohit who has been very knowledgeable and helpful during our stay. All the staff are superb. We will definitely recommend and will be back.

This is a very well-maintained, joyful hotel and I stayed in a room overlooking the marina with a powder room. Everyone at the hotel was genuinely helpful and generous. I extended my stay several times in the most incompetent manner on my end and Mohit and his colleagues were super intuitive about it. From the moment I checked in to my check out, both long and complicated because of how many luggages and bags I have with me, he and his colleagues never made me feel like I was obliging them etc. The mattress was also high quality and firm, there was no cutting corners in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant where the staff, especially Rana, provided an exceptional dinner service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Rana was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm.

I had an exceptional stay at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa, and I wanted to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff members who made it truly special. Ashwin, Asia, Kim, Claude, and Bianca went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. The spa experience was rejuvenating, and the hotel's ambiance was impeccable. Thank you all for making my stay memorable. I can't wait to return!

We found staying here , whilst visiting London ideal. Especially with a family. The area was lovely and we felt safe, even at night. The hotel is located on the harbour, to which the breakfast area overlooks. You can easily catch an uber river taxi to and from, or alternatively other means of transport are within walking distance The hotel it self, is fantastic and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are pleasant and its also very well kept. We highly recommend this hotel and cant wait to revisit again.
