Tortilla Finchley Road

Have come to this tortilla branch a couple of times and eat at this fast food chain often, but I had to come online and thank this particular worker at Finchley Road branch. There was an Indian lady at the counter who has been extremely kind, friendly and caring. You can tell she really has a good aura with customers. An asset to the company. She even gave my daughter a lot of free sweetcorn salsa because she was demanding it! Didn’t have to do that at all but just that kind touch is something you can’t train, its just human nature. I didn’t get her name but please pass my kind words to her.

I visited Tortilla Finchley Road for the second time yesterday and once again experienced outstanding customer service. Nandini, who prepared my burritos both times, was consistently cheerful and offered helpful suggestions for toppings. The entire team was hardworking and dedicated to providing a wonderful dining experience. The combination of exceptional service and delicious food ensures that I'll be returning for more. Thanks to Nandini and the entire team for making my visits enjoyable every Tuesday after I finish my classes. Thank you!

Honestly incredible food, service is great, warm and incredibly quick, food is very tasty, has multiple options, is nutritious, all while being relatively cheap. The actual restaurant itself has a wonderful decor to it. Perfect for allergy sufferers as the staff and online menu contain all details without ambiguity. Best place to eat for a long while.

Just had a truly the best Taco visit ever! Made my day super friendly staff - Rob, Sakina and Denisa at Finchley road location. Fun, knowlegeable, caring service made a whole new experience of eating best Naked Taco and churos. Couldnt recommend more this location, as a stopover, especially if traveling. If you are meat lover, you will find options to enjoy every bit of and vegetarian belly will be satisfied as well.
