Jacks Bar

This place blew me away! If you've ever been to Thailand and missed their incredible food, this spot is like a teleportation device back to those flavors. I randomly walked in with some mates, and damn, we found somewhere special. The Thai food here is LEGIT. It's like they've got a secret stash of Thai grandmas in the kitchen. All the ingredients were really fresh. I'm not much of a wine drinker but the staff were very helpful and suggested a wine to go with our meal, and it was really nice. We then downed loads of their yummy cocktails. The place itself is chill, great atmosphere. The staff made us feel welcome and were knowledgeable.

Had an amazing time at jacks bar service was great. Bartender was very knowledgeable, I had the brilliantly named living thai-quila loca cocktail and it was sublime. Went in for the lunch buffet and it did not disappoint, the thai green chicken was to die for, sooooo good. Will be stopping by again next time I'm in the area

The beers on offer are always interesting and well curated. There is always something new to try. Nice, airy space inside with a high ceiling and quite a few different spaces to chill out in. The main area near the bar has a good amount of sturdy tables and benches. Ideal for groups. Good covered outdoor seating as well. Helpful, friendly staff. Delicious Thai food via Johnny Rice. Great location off the main road makes it quite unique. Well worth a visit!

Great little spot for a bit of Thai lunch or a few beers after work. Great outside area with loads of tables and do a few nice beers too. Contemporary look and feel to the indoor area. We went for lunch, and did the Johnny Rice Thai deal.. bit like a rice and three offer! Food was delicious and a great portion.. deffo worth taking a look if you are in the area.
