Debbie is a fantastic barista, makes our hot chocolate and latte perfect as asked! Very friendly and engaging!
A few other friendly girls but never grabbed their names.

Good vegetarian options and wheelchair accessible. Also you can bring up your dogs along in this cafe as its dog friendly. Very happy to see another dog friendly cafe in London hence a big thumbs up for this cafe 👌

This coffee shop serves a good purpose. The coffee is good, but make sure they don’t froth the milk too much and leave you with less of a coffee - I alway ask them to top up. After all, coffee’s expensive, right?
The wifi is good here.

I have been coming here off and on for 2 years and the staff here is always nice. I know Cafe Nero is corporate, but the people that work here make it feel local.

found Nero here in Westbourne Grove on the final weekend of the Christmas festivities. while waiting to be served i saw a solitary mince pie in a cake stand and took advantage of the good service and pinch the final gift of the season. open topped moist fruity excellence 'twas. you will not regret the treat and worth every penny. Thanks. being a London Nero you may order a small americano with warm milk before sitting down at your window seat to gaze outside at the world while spooning your milk suds.
