This is a really nice pub. I have a friend who lives in the area and we were looking around to go for a drink on a Friday night to discuss business and this is the only place that fitted the bill for a pub that didn’t have over-powering …
Really great vibe from the bar staff as soon as you walk in. Feels like a proper pub rather than a tourist trap! Food looked great and menu was fantastic but didn't get time to eat. Would definitely revisit!

Great local pub with plenty of interesting beers on tap. We just had drinks which were out food shopping in the area. We loved the place.
Good range of craft beer on tap that changes occasionally (more IPA’s please!). Sports screens showing whatever big event is on and good pizzas (used to be pies so assume the kitchen changes every so often). Good outdoor areas and staff seem very personable
Nice place, came for a quick drink. Friendly service. Good choice of drinks, especially real ale. Little beer garden out the back. Screens showing sports. Reasonable prices.
