Excellent prices and very attentive folks. Delicious. Ordered butter chicken, saag aloo, nan, rice, tandoori wings. Meal came with papadam and dipping sauces to start. Very busy at 9pm on a Friday. Plenty of leftovers for tomorrow.

We came across this restaurant by accident. it happened to be lunch time. I read the reviews and we decided to step in. The food was good, price quality also good.

Really great restaurant to have in the area. Great food, really generous portions, and it’s affordable. Really nice guys working here too, and you can sit in and be served or take away. Brilliant restaurant.

We entered this restaurant by chance, we thought it was not going to be good at all; however, we were surprised. We ordered a kabuli pilau and some pieces of chicken. The food was delicious, fresh and flavorful. The staff was super nice, value/quality-money it's great since you get big portions.

Here we are again in another restaurant eating food from the central Asian region, and in this case I am thinking Pakistani. So it's a restaurant and a takeaway, in true form of all popular places like this, totally buzzing with excitement, smells, sights, enthusiastic team members, and customers all around.
Invert much enjoyed my meal here, was lucky enough to meet some wonderful people in the process.
The rice was amazing and I loved it, as well as the rest of the feast. I can't remember a better.food.experience of this kind. Thankyou so much.

Great place and staff is friendly
Some positives: fresh naan made from clay oven, daal maash was tasty, biryani and kabli pilao taste great
Some suggestions: clean tables more often, cook chicken tikka better and have more fresh food on the menu, so to avoid microwaving….

SOMEWHAT LIKE PUNJAB
Chatkhara is a restaurant in Elephant and castle, London. We’s ordered mashroom rice and tarka daal and plain paranthas. The taste was nice and also it is worth for money, even i can say that it has cheap punjabi food.
One thing i didn’t like that they are bit slow in serving and some resources problem.
Overall, this restaurant is very good in taste and the staff is very friendly. So, if you want to something called satisfaction so you give a try to CHATKHARA.
