A Delightful Coffee Shop Experience with Exceptional Service The coffee was fantastic and so was the Norwegian waffles:) but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Sarrah, one of the staff members. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her knowledge of the menu, made the experience even more enjoyable. Sarah's passion for coffee was evident as she guided me through the various options and shared interesting details about the blends. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests were commendable. Moreover, the cozy atmosphere and tasteful decor of the shop created a perfect setting to savor the delicious coffee. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for an experience, where great coffee and a warm smile await.

Had a fabulous experience in this place, specially when I asked for a cappuccino and the Barista Alberto, delivered a special one with an heart on it. The manager Asia wa really patience and explained all the difference between the various blend of coffe. For sure I'll come back to enjoy more coffee.

After a long day of retail therapy with my mum at Westfield shopping centre, we were both very thirsty. I went into Blacksheep Coffee and was greeted with the smiley, friendly faces of two lovely members of staff called Sabeyr (apologies if spelling is incorrect) and Stephanie. Sabeyr made two of the best smoothies my mum and I have ever tasted in the mango and dragon fruit flavour.....heaven in a glass. I would strongly recommend. Sabeyr and Stephanie were friendly, welcoming (they also sang very well) and made me feel I will visit again on my next shopping trip. They are both an asset to the company and deserve a payrise!

I popped in for a quick espresso, and the experience I had exceeded my expectations. The coffee was very flavourful. Its perfect bitterness made me feel fresh and sharp in a minute! The staff were lovely, and it was a true pleasure to have the drink in such a pleasing atmosphere. I had a very tough and stressful day, and I simply needed to re-charge my batteries.. which I managed to do thanks to the joyful ambience and friendliness of the baristas. I did not manage to get their names, but my order was taken by a lovely Black gentleman, while a sweet South-Asian looking lady and her tall colleague with bleached hair and a very kind smile prepared it for me and called me to the counter. I will be back very soon! They deserve 6 stars! Thank you for making my day guys
