Plethora of fresh salads to choose from, vegan options available. They offer chicken and falafel wraps, healthy smoothies, delicious pizzas and sandwiches. Very friendly staff and value for money.

Best takeaway salad bar in the area. Lots of salads to choose from plus chicken, falafel or halloumi cheese. You can even make your wrap with all the ingredients you want! Amazing!

I and my team find Kitchen8 last week and from that day we are going there every single lunch break. The girls are fantastic and the food delicious. You can build your wrap, salad or pizza as you like! Highly recommended.

Not sure where to start here; they make truly tasty wraps, the salad-bar is full of flavours and fresh veg, the pizzas are delicious and I know that everything is made in-house the same day. On the top of that, they are very consistent and clean without being a chain or a franchise.
I have been visiting the the place since our office moved to GIR back in 2018 and they kept me fed without getting obese.
Would definitely recommend it for those working/living around and can't be bothered bringing lunch from home.

Beautiful fresh salad selection every day at reasonable prices. Chicken and falafel wraps are delicious. The soups are more like stews, with lots of chunky veg and meat in them. However they always have a lot of oil floating on too so probably quite high in fat! Pizzas are cheap but nothing to write home about. The best thing about this place is at 3pm every day it's happy hour and they sell massive salad boxes with chicken for a bargain basement £3, among other discounts. There is always a queue out the door at this time. Love that as little food as possible is going to waste

Fresh and creative salads everyday. There is always a big selection of around 15 salads to mix and match. It's constantly changing so you'll never get bored. Amazing value, you get marinaded chicken or salmon with your salad for an extra 50p. Always free rosemary flatbread too!
Pizza looks and smells good but the salad wins me everytime.
