Nice burgers for a central and busy train station. The staff and service were amazing. The lady even went outside of the store and searched for us, outside of their dining area because we forgot to wait for the bonus sauce. It was so nice of her!

Burger was ok, but it could be better. If this place would not have “burger” in it's name I would rate 5 stars. But it has “burger” in name, so the burgers should be perfect. What I did not like is that the meat was a bit dry. Good alternative if you want something different than in the well known chain fast food burgers. Fries were great for sure.
Excellent customer service.

Can’t speak to the quality of food as I didn’t eat here (purchased a sparkling juice) but a lovely quiet place to sit and kill some time while keeping an eye on the train timetables. There are electric sockets under the booths, as well as at the counter seating with USB charge points, which made it a nice enough place to rest and recharge away from the slightly more hectic ground floor of the station.

We came across this place while waiting for our train home. They have a wide selection of choices available. I had the Chilli Chicken Burger and it was delicious. I upgraded my fries to the cheese and chilli loaded fries. I did not regret this choice. If you are in the station and have time to pop by its worth the visit. A short walk from Kings Cross station so well within reach if you are there also.

I went to Prime for breakfast this morning. Its upstairs in the food court area so away from the hustle and bustle and easier to get a table to yourself. I ordered fried eggs, bacon, toast and a latte for £6 which I think is a reasonable price. They give you a pager that bleeps and vibrates when your food is ready which you collect. The food was good, and the staff friendly. I would go back again.

Picked up a few burgers here before getting on a train. They're quick and queues have been short every time. Quality, filling burgers. Quality chips too but the burger is enough for me. Definitely choose them every time over other burger vendors when I get the urge for a burger.

Finally, great food in a train station in the UK. Pricey but great great burger. Perfectly cooked, brilliant beef, with truffle! The garlic chips are the best too, but don't eat then before meeting someone. Service is quick and friendly too.
