I found this store on Google maps. This store is inside the victoria shopping centre. Staff customer service skills were fantastic

Great coffees and great hospitality from the staff. Ordered 2 caramel lattes for me and a colleague on our lunch break, 10/10 coffees nothing wrong with them at all and the staff were so friendly. Service with a smile and barely any wait for the coffee, I got my coffees within 3 minutes of ordering! Definitely recommend this over the other coffee shops in the station and the shopping centre attached.

This is the best place to use as a reference point to meet people. Just next to the Big old Clock in the station and in front of the main trains arriving and departure trains billboards.
It’s easy to find and easy to run to your train, and with your coffee for the journey

Decent place but really needs a self service machine for people to order their drinks at.. the amount of time my order was misheard and not corrected doesn't make me want to come back here

Thank you for the coffee! It's always the same high quality. ;) (I use to buy food as well, and it was really delicious every time.) The staff is very kind, so I couldn't wish any more!

😊🎄☃️It is Christmas day and I was taken by surprise... a pret that is open at South Bank.
Good spacious place with a clear overview to the river Thames.
As ever good quality food with high standard of hygiene.
The only down side is very noisy fridges and terrible loud music which could reduce the rating by another star but not today.

Delicious porridge and white flat. The crew is attentive and doing it’s best to speed up service during busy breakfast times. The store seems to be small, but there is comfortable upstairs seating.

Good inexpensive food (at least the sandwiches and wraps). Great for a quick bite. The second floor has few places to plug your phone. The service was good and fast. The facilities are very comfortable and the place is clean. I recommend it, much better than eating fast food closeby
