Starbucks

I do love a Starbucks coffee once in a while but I have been to some with lacklustre service and what a fresh break this one was. The service here is fantastic, was so patiently told which drink to pick and what modifications should I try, and the drink that I was handed did feel like was made with love. Was served by Natalia and Eyob and they were absolutely wonderful and kind. Would definitely recommend :)

Somebody needs to deal with the group of guys who are here everyday charging their phones at the front. This morning 4 were crowded in the corner with their videophones on loudspeaker, 2 of the them spitting in the bin. Not nice and 2 other female customers looked quite intimidated. The staff here are all lovely and welcoming every time I pop in for a coffee. A "good morning, How are you today?" from a lovely friendly guy and lady in here today.....AND..."have a great day Lee" They really make you feel welcome Nice strong Almond milk cappuccino. Cool relaxed and friendly atmosphere. And to think, I wasted a whole week going to pret next door where you don't get any of those things.
