Staff was very helpful with returns and advice. Jake was extremely proactive and patient to help me find a design that fits me after I had to return a pair I loved, sadly because they were not suitable for my feet.

Who don't love doc martens!! First time going to the actual store and it was everything and more. I got a 3 pack of socks and I love them! The staff are sooo friendly!! Their dress sense is sick! One girl had on the sickest kilt! And I want one now. The bag that they give you when you purchase stuff is just as lovely. I wanna go back just to feel the ambiance of it all, and I want to low style dr martens too

Very good, needed some boots for work. Tried them on yesterday but did not have my card with me. When I got home I called the shop and the guy said they would save them for me in my size. Got to the store and asked for them, they said we may not have them in that size. But they had as they had actually put them aside for me. So well done that guy, great service 👏 👍 got my boots.

All the staff members were super friendly and kind! I was helped by a guy called Peter and he honestly gave me one of the best customer services I have ever received. He took the time to help me find the perfect size and style of shoe! Would definitely recommend this store!

I got there on Saturday afternoon, kinda nervous after checking all the reviews cuz some suggest poor customer service, but what I felt is the opposite. All the staff are so kind and friendly, especially Kev - he's super nice and patient, helped me get all type of shoes (6 or 7 pairs) I find nice on their website, and gave me suggestions on how to do the maintenance. Such great experience. Definitely will come back if I need more pairs. They deserve 6 stars.
