My wife and I have stayed in quite a few apartments in Mayfair over many years of visits to London. It is such a great, and centrally located, area in which to stay. Regarding our recent stay in the two bedroom with London Choice Apartments on Albemarle, all I can say is WOW. The apartment, the location, the folks at London Choice--all are fantastic. The apartment is spacious, lots of natural light, lots of fresh air (or AC if needed) and the appliances and decor are first rate. The kitchen is totally great, and with a nice big fridge/freezer. You even have a private balcony. We happened to be there during the time of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II's State Funeral, and despite the throngs of people nearby on Piccadilly, The Mall and in Green Park, it was amazingly quiet and serene when in this apartment. The London Choice folks were easy to deal with, and very responsive. We couldn't have been happier. In fact, we have already made a future booking, and are happy to have found such a great place to stay when in London.
