Kiss Me Hardy

I live nearby so this is our go-to soft play. Very reasonably priced and has excellent offers over summer (6 weeks of unlimited visits for the price of about 3 visits total). The staff are always friendly and helpful, keeping the whole thing soft-touch organised enough to allow the children to get suitably and safely chaotic (while the parents can enjoy the rather good coffee)! Shout out to the asian gentleman working in the soft play, whose name I keep forgetting to ask but who always makes us feel welcome :)

I must say I loved the food, I don't usually eat fish and chips, but loved theirs. The fish was well seasoned and crispy, my friends salad was amazing and another had salmon. 😋 The waiters were passionate, hard working and friendly. They tried to satisfy our every need. The environment was neat and tidy, not dirty...maybe a rustic feel to it, had a homely feel that would certainly make me visit again. Seemed my group had a very nice time too.

Service is good but should have more staff as it is summer holidays and expecting one person to do a multiple person job and remain as pleasant as he is, is so hard so good on him honestly! Could have more air con as the place gets very hot with the kids running around, as well as many adults sat indoors as well and it is summer too & the food machines too. No wheelchair accessibility parking or parking for parents and kids as taking kids out of a car seat requires space!

I went there for the first time on Sunday with my family, it was in the afternoon so the place was quiet and it was clean. The staff were polite and great, and the food was amazing, overall my family would give the food from a 8.5-9-10/10. The mac and cheese with garden salad and the optional choice of having garlic bread was delicious and also the chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. There is so much variety on their menu; we will be definitely be coming back to try other choice of foods in the restaurant! Oh and the resturant has free WiFi which is great and the speed is amazing!

Guy with blue eyes and moustache was amazing. Pub was a bit slow but he was so nice and accommodating. Was clearly a stressful time what with rude customers but he handled it well and kept professional. Black girl was great and friendly and tried her best to fill everyone’s needs. Pub is lovely usually, drinks are cheap, staff are great!

The food and service was lovely and I’m so upset I didn’t take pictures as it didn’t do my food justice. I had a lovely server named Monnay and she was very kind,efficient and fast. She had amazing customer service skills and made sure my food came out on time and everything was still hot. Anything I needed she made sure I had and she was very polite. The food was very nice and I would definitely come again.

Visited kiss me hardy for a kids party on a Saturday morning. There are 2 party rooms available. Drinks bar. Staff are nice and inclusive. Single room x 2 toilets available. 4 level indoor softplay. Will visit again. Parking available in the Priory retail park. My second visit almost a year later and the food is even better! Parking is still free for 2 hours. Sainsbury's have their own separate parking, so you could move the car and stay longer. Increased rating from 4 to 5 stars.
