Moira is a living saint and the most wonderful and professional server you could ever hope to be served by. Best Pret in London thanks to this one wonderful woman.

Just north of Tower Hill and east of the Gherkin. I love a Pret....food and coffee always good. It's a Sunday morning, still pretty early, so relatively quiet. People regularly wandering in buying a snack or just a drink. This particular Pret is slightly away from the "madding crowd" and seems and is very chilled. Off to Spitalfields and Brick Lane now.....

I liked the service of pret the way they handle the crowd over there specially Rageshwari (ragi) she is pilot smiling good in greeting this is the best sign of well trained employees all the best team pret for future success!!

We arrived early on a Saturday morning to get a coffee and something small to have before we went for breakfast. The staff member on the till was really friendly. There wasn't too much to choose from but they had a good variety of fruit in pots and breakfast yoghurts. I had the acai pot which was tasty!

Quite a busy Pret (I visited mid-morning over a weekend) but the line moved quickly, ✅ the staff were all friendly, there were seats available (lots of sockets 🔌 too), the fridges were well stocked and what I ordered was fresh. ☕️ 🥐
There are two entrances to this Pret. One of them is ♿️ wheelchair accessible and there’s a ramp inside, to the seating area.

Small gestures that greatly improve the mood of the day - the young lady with grey hair (Moira) is very lovely and wishes everyone a nice day. My best experience so far in a Pret; in the others, you sometimes just have the feeling of being dispatched.

Very nice location, the view from corner table is great.
you can choose your corner and work for an hour or two.
I liked the vegan falafal and hummus wrap.
The new tomato soup in veg is not so great.. it would be good it does not have chunks of tomato and strained soup.
It was hot which was the best part in cold day.
