Windmill Fish Bar

I told Rita and Dan ? (Sorry if its the wrong name) that ill write a review after ordering a mixed kebab with chips. The food is plentiful of choice and the seating area is clean, not too loud and capable of accommodating a group. What i must say is that what brings the food to life is the hospitality. I ate their on my own and the lovely rita described to me how her family support different football teams such as arsenal, crystal palace and liverpool. Dan is also a fresh of breath air and allowed me to pay after i ate which shows courtesy. Go there alone or with a friend but i must stress the point you wont feel lonely. Theres also a tv for you to keep occupied. And plenty of drink choices. Thanks for making a hungry fella’s lunch and Saturday a joy.

Excellent (and really fresh) fish and chips. Carry-out portions are huge, we ordered two, but one was plenty for two hungry tourists. We reheated the other portion the next day and it was just as good, the chips even crisper on the outside. The proprietor and staff have set the gold standard for fish and chips, well done!
