Tgi Fridays - Enfield

Nafi was the best, unbelievable that he is not one of the managers. He made sure we were happy and he made sure he asked about our day and got to know us on a personal level. He was not an ordinary waiter, he is the best of the best. Food was great, and food was great. Definitely recommend!!!! Make sure you ask for Nafi 🤩🤩🤩

We were welcomed tonight at TGI with big smiles from the host. We were sat quickly and not rushed to give an order. We were served by Shanei who was very kind and attentive, he look after us and made sure everything was okay during our visit. We will 100% be coming back soon! Thank you for a lovely evening :)

Came for a casual lunch on my own and the service was impeccable. I was served by Kirstie (I think) who was so pleasant from the moment I walked through the door. Very helpful with suggestions and the food was super fresh and tasty! I'm a regular TGI customer and this is one of the best experiences here!

Excellent food at a premium price but 100% worth it. Took us ages to decide what to have as it all looked so good! The 2-4-1 cocktails are so well made and well worth every penny, especially the ultimate versions! Our server Mentes was so accommodating and made sure we was never without an empty glass! This place has definitely improved compared to past visits! Will defo visit again.

We visited Enfield TGI yesterday and I must say I was left very impressed. The quality of the food is nothing short of perfect. We only had to wait roughly 15mins for our food!!! The atmosphere and music was so cheery and full of joy. The waiters and managers were absolutely amazing. We we given very quick service and we’re very impressed with how respectful and kind the managers and staff are. Martin in particular dealt with one of our requests and did everything with the biggest smile. We will definitely be returning here again, the food was outstanding. The steak was perfectly cooked and sweet potato fries were to die for!! I cannot wait to return

Amazing food and 5 star service from Lynne. Noticed she was working on her own apart from one other person in the kitchen. Always checked in on us and the other tables to make sure everything was ok, food came out in good time, drinks were topped up and didn't have to wait long for dessert or our bill. Impressive customer service!!

To say it was great was an understatement. The food was filling and didn't let down from beginning to end, and Ali's service was direct, quick and to the point. It's my 2nd time here with friends and it's been great both times, would genuinely recommend for a good part of a Saturday night out (which is ironic judging on where I'm dining)
