Staff are lovely and helpful, and there was plenty of space and nice coffee - great place to visit with small kids
We ordered two hot chocolates and they filled half the cups with foam. The place was nice and busy, so i understand if the tables/seats are not really clean. They should hire more staff. I'm never coming back to this branch.
Nero always surprises with fabulous flavours and tried the spiced pecan latte and loved it...the staff at the till were very welcoming and eager to serve...Eliana and Sudha
Great service from this cafe, especially the lady in the photo. I am pretty sure she brightens up everyone’s day in Nero with her big smiles, positive vibes and attentive service! Thank you and I will be back for the ☕️ On a side note, this outlet serves one of the best Nero coffee so far.
Coffee tasted quite burnt unfortunately. However the shop itself is decent, with lots of seating a big windows.
No signal in store so you need to join the WiFi, but that requires you to create an account with the wifi.
