I have just finished with the process of renting a flat and I don’t know how I would have done all this without the help of Aaron and the team at Circa. Aaron was able to answer all my questions and was super responsive in getting back to me / explaining different requirements to me. I am now living in the flat of my dreams, thank you Aaron! :)

I recently worked with Marissa to extend my lease, and I was impressed with how she addressed by concerns about rent increases and provided helpful information throughout the process. This led to a successful negotiation with the landlord, and gave me confidence in continuing with Circa as my letting agent.

Sam was acting for the seller on our purchase of a flat which turned out to be more complicated than it needed to be. We felt that Sam was straightforward with us throughout the process and made a real effort to makes things happen. He was helpful in managing the relationship with the seller and pushing the process along, always available and communicative.

I was highly impressed by the excellent service by Circa London. I must specifically mention Winnie, who convinced with detailed market knowledge, immaculate attention to detail, professional communication and her delightful, upbeat personality.
