Tossed

5 stars because their food is quite good but most of all it's great to have reasonably healthy options for take away! A clever mix of salad, vegetables, grains and seeds can actually fill you for a while without fattening you. More expensive but also better than some of the salad options in shops and supermarkets nearby.

There is a lot to love from Tossed but at the same time some areas for improvement. The level of customization is the biggest asset of Tossed. You can get hot plates, waps, smoothies and salads. For salads you get to choose the base & protein, the veggies, the dressing, the seasoning and premiums (at an additional price). There is enough choice to make carnivores, vegetarians and carnivores happy. The online ordering is fast and simple. The areas for improvement include the pricing and the customer service. Tossed is on the pricey side with the average dish between £6 and £9 with relatively small serving sizes. The service at Sheldon Square is efficient but aloof. With this location being mostly office pick-up and deliveries, the staff does not cater to actual in store customers.

I saw this shop while i was enjoying my day in sheldon square, once entered the staff was very warm and welcome. I needed help and the manager came to help me to place my order and he also told me about the promotion and loyalty points i can get once registered. I've placed my order and the manager was making sure all the items were correct and was very Friendly and great on manage his team. His name was Peppe. Highly recommend this place to have an healthy lunch and a great customer service.

I am so happy to have found this hidden gem in Paddington Central. Tossed offers a variety of food and customisation of ingredients is also there. I had a great experience when I went there for the first time. I had to mention the very accommodating and vibrant staff Nico who entertained and explained things so well. Lorrieta was as helpful and smiling too. They are a great team!. And of course the food was delicious!. I ordered a wrap and the portion was more than I could finish. I highly recommend this place!.
