I find the staff to be helpful and friendly under difficult conditions - the plexiglass barrier makes it hard to hear with all the background noise. The menu is somewhat confusing so customers have a lot of questions and can be quite impatient when they can't hear or don't get what they were expecting. My advice might be to have larger, more detailed menus posted on the walls where waiting customers can read them. They might also consider installing cash registers with a large print screen facing the customer and showing the exact details and pricing for their order. I always get the meal for one with 3 pieces of Original Recipe chicken. It's good - the chicken is tender and comes right off the bone, and the chips (fries) are good too. If you request ketchup or some other sauce for the fries check your bag before leaving, sometimes the staff forget to put it in and they're the kind of fries that aren't so good without condiments.
