There is a widespread problem with all UPS collection points. It is either they aren’t really happy to serve in the name of the UPS but for some reason they can’t get out of their contracts etc., or UPS being a bit of more expensive, they all suffer the same syndrome of that poor attendants working in posh shops (Which is quite a low budget syndrome of course. Finally it’s not a Ferrari agent. Just a miserable UPS agent in a miserable newsagent). This particular one really needs to feel like a very important person, doing a very important job/business in order to serve you. If you fail to show your respect to his supremacy within his newsagent, forget about being served.

I dropped off a UPS return here. The gentleman refused to give me a receipt and also 1 week after drop-off the UPS tracking status does not reflect the fact that I dropped off the parcel. I am raising a ticket with both Apple and UPS but I would not recommend anybody using this location for UPS drop-offs.

Don't use this shop for UPS. UPS delivery person left my package here without my consent. I was then told that it had been collected even though I hadn't. Had to raise a complaint and refund. They don't care about customers and don't look after their packages. Also very rude. AVOID.

Use it as UPS collection point and didn't have any problems. But the cashier/owner is extremely rude, she was shouting at me because I couldn't understand her very poor English!! Really not a pleasant experience

Friendly and helpful staff. I had a parcel redirected to pick up here and staff were very friendly. Later hours make it more accessible and easier to pick up parcels after work

Refused to allow me to use there western Union service because they "couldn't be bothered to do it". Extremely rude shop owner. Better shop around the corner that deserves your money more than these people. Avoid
