Straightened a bent wheel for me that another bike shop said was unsalvageable. Prompt service and a very reasonable price, especially as they saved me the cost of a new wheel. Recommended.

Had a very annoying issue on my Whyte Shoreditch where it was skipping only on the top gear. Had previously taken it to another shop who indexed the gears & told me it was all fine. It wasn’t. Took it to Vaida today & they checked it over & confirmed the gear cog had one damaged tooth. They indexed the gears and fitted a new cassette that I supplied all for £15. Got me back riding within a very short time. Great shop.

I’ve been to a few local bike shops and my experience here was by far the best. Easy drop off, great app, easy to collect. I’ve ridden my bike since and it’s like new. I really appreciated a reasonable price point as well as my bike is cheap/ second hand so I cant be spending loads on her!! I will come back here & and already recommend it!

These guys were great helping me to set up my knackered old bike for a turbo trainer. Great value for money, also helped me set up the turbo once it arrived. Very reasonably priced. Can 100% recommend

Went in to have my daughter bike looked at as it kept going flat. Got the problem sorted at no extra cost, I was surprised and grateful. Daniel was very helpful friendly and informative. Will definitely be going back in future with my both our bikes from now on

Vaidas's service is always outstanding. In the latest example I had a problem with a faulty battery on an e-bike. The manufacturer refused to replace it but Richard of Vaidas refused to take no for an answer and shamed them into providing a replacement. I now have an excellent e-bike and that would not have been possible without Richard's perseverance.

Great friendly bike shop. Fixed my bike really quickly. Got text updates as they were fixing it. Stayed open after hours so I could collect. Amazing service

Excellent, friendly, professional and very quick service. I required a change of disc-brake discs for my e-bike. I had tried some other local bike shops prior to Vaida's, but either they wouldn't service e-bikes or they'd book me in a week later or something. Phoned up Vaida's mid-morning, took the bike down, decided to get a service done as well - - and it was ready by lunchtime. Reasonable price as well. Can't beat it. Thanks, Vaida's.

Richard is amazing. Super friendly, helped out without batting an eye lid about making me pay. Would be happy to spend my money at Vaidas. £60 service is also great vfm
