Oxford circus Tortilla team are exellent. They got me signed up to their app to own reward and it's paying off. The team is very friendly and whenever there is a long queue they keep an' impeccable composure even when ' customers ca' t decide what to take at the counter. The potions are generous and they always talk about their offers, happy hours, their loyalty program... You guys are smashing it well done ❤️

Food was nice, cannot go wrong with a burrito. There was very kind server who made our night, honestly forgot his name but he was a (18) caucasian male, very friendly guy and provided excellent service. I believe his name begins with ‘F’ ? Would definitely come back.

Don't let the slow moving line stop you, this place is well worth it. You head to the counter and build your burrito or taco from the high quality ingredients on offer. Think mexican Subway but with surprisingly good food. The seating downstairs is electric candle lit and very cozy, the seating upstairs and outside is airy and spacious. The servers came down to check on us and brought part of the meal as table service as well which was much appreciated. I will absolutely be signing up to the loyalty scheme and going back there soon.

Lovely branch, the food was fresh and bar spotless clean! My server was amazing, shame I didnt ask name! PS Love the outdoor seats, such a rarity for Tortilla!

These two staff members Sadi and leutrim were the best ever!! The way they helped me order and was very polite was amazing! I have been to different stores for couple times and have had a good experience today! Thank you! I will definitely be back!!

Food was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful and made me a very filling chicken burrito - even made it spicy on my request. Hearty meal after walking all day in London!
