Bianca and team at high street kensington are nothing short of beautiful amazing people that constantly go over and beyond when serving each person that comes into their store.
They always welcome me with a large smile no matter what. I ordered many birthday cakes from.this branch and bianca has personally allowed me to come to the store after closing to collect. They go over and beyond to make it easy for you !

Ole & Steen is a true gem when it comes to sourdough. Their bread is the backbone of our culinary delights at home, and it's simply amazing. Besides the fantastic sourdough, it's also a delightful spot for coffee. The staff here adds a warm and welcoming touch to the experience, making it even more enjoyable.
If you appreciate high-quality sourdough and great coffee in a friendly atmosphere, Ole & Steen is definitely a must-visit. It's become a regular stop for us, and we're never disappointed.

I wanted to express my huge gratitude and express how professional the manager at ole and Steele - Kensington high street is. I was really starting to go off the company as this was my regular visit and the previous managers had no customer service skills and made my visit awful. Bianca I believe her name is has made my visits for my thrice daily coffees a pleasure and her management skills impeccable and most importantly her people skills she knows how to make a customer want to return over and over again. I live in South Kensington, but only come to this store to make my purchases as I like to see my regular people. Great team.

The pastries and cakes are good. Coffee was excellent too. However the iced chocolate was tasteless. Tasted like cold milk. 😔 if only they could be a bit more generous with their chocolate. The servers were nice though. We saw a few flies on the bread (at the window). Maybe they should look after the hygiene of the bread behind the window better especially when it gets a bit too hot outside.

Really lovely food here. I had mozzarella and pesto on rye toastie and a banana muffin. Oh and a black Americano, make that two! Lots of seating available in the downstairs area. Definitely a great spot for lunch 😋

Their raspberry and almond pastry was delicious and the staff were really nice- Rob and Harry were so helpful in recommending pastries and desserts to buy for friends, I would definitely go again! My friends loved them and they deserve a pay rise for how attentive they were

the real highlight of my visit was the cinnamon rolls. They were absolutely delicious - warm, soft, and perfectly spiced. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Ole & Steen to try the cinnamon rolls - they're worth every penny! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious pastries

Cozy bakery, with a wide variety of pastries - I especially enjoyed this Danish one on the picture. The staff is friendly, the coffee was nice. If you have a craving for something amazingly delicious for breakfast - this is the place!

Can't go wrong with the cinnamon buns. Came here and tried to pay with my amex contactless and got declined as I need to use the physical card. I was looking for my card and since I couldn't find it; I said give me a sec to look for it and the staff was great chap, he said take you your time and then he served the next customer without holding the queue. Few minutes later I produced an alternative card and without skipping a beat, he got my order and finalised payment within sec!
