I have travelled from Essex to come to this restaurant. Absolutely fantastic food which is authentic Italian. I have travelled across Italy and this food reminds me of my travels there. I am without doubt coming back as it is worth every penny. Thank you so much for an unforgettable evening with great food and live music. The service is second to none. Excellent food every time and the staff are impeccably kind and a joy to chat to despite how busy they get. The food is freshly made and you can taste it, it's truly a favourite of mine and my partner. We take all our good friends here as an easy no brainer for good vibes and incredibly good food - it's our only Italian staple because no other Tuscan Italians do it as good as Il Toscano! A true gem in Wapping and East London! Jorge is truly a delight during every visit!

Food is lovely! Hospitable staff. It's a fairly quiet restaurant, which I like a lot. I recommend you try their tiramisu and egg pasta with tomato and basil 😊

A bit on the expensive side, but excellent food. Everyone was really happy with their mains, and the three desserts we shared were delicious: Strawberry pannacotta, tiramisu and tres leches.

A really superb Italian restaurant. Portions sizes are generous and have a great selection.

Second time we have been here for dinner. The food is very good - I had sirloin steak, very tender, and partner had tagliatelli bolognese which was also good. Service kind and attentive. The only drawback on this occasion was that the music was bad, far too loud and dreadfully tinny - it sounded like it was being played too loudly over an old-fashioned telephone! Please, get a decent sound system and play it a bit quieter!
