We had a quick lesson on the difference between prosciutto and Jamón Iberico. This shop sells the latter (as well as other jamón). The flavor of the Jamón Iberico appeals to me and I prefer it to the prosciutto I've had (maybe I need to try the high-end prosciutto to make a fair comparison). Yes, it is expensive and the staff were a little pushy when we visited. that said, it is worth a visit if you want to try some premium Jamón.
