I came here for a few hours on a Saturday and got a toastie whilst doing some university work and online shopping. I would say this branch is midsized, nice interior with a tables for 2 and three and some seats outside. It can get pretty busy during peak times but was a lovely spot to study. Staff don't bother you whilst you are studying which is ideal for me. Would visit again

My first experience in Costa, Bethnal Green was fine. There was three members of staff on shift one was informative and explaining clearly to me about the Costa app. One was very smiley (give ya face a break!) 😂 the one who looked the youngest seemed to have that ‘do I have to!?’ Font lol. Clean, tidy. I haven’t been to the toilets I decided to order Costa's mocha for the first time and I’m very glad I asked for a large otherwise I’d be paying for two regulars. I really enjoyed it. Would I come back and visit again? Of course. Prices wasn’t too bad too. Compare prices to the bagel shop cuppa coffee to a Costa coffee it was worth it

I went into costa today and was taken care of by the loveliest of servers. I couldn’t catch his name but he made my experience memorable, this branch is by far my favourite. The place is incredibly clean and well kept, my order was perfect with absolutely no complaints. I like to have my peach tea with extra syrup, no one ever gets it right but this time it was perfect and I didn’t need to say no ice. It’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. I will definitely be coming back more often now. The service was impeccable, I felt as though I was at a luxe café.

Only popped in for a cup of tea whilst waiting to attend an interview. The 2 girls on the counter were extremely polite and from what I could see were being very helpful towards customers. They greeted every customer with a hello and smile. This is the kind of customer service anyone should receive going out to spend the hard earned money. Very good. I only have Costa when it comes to coffee and its satisfying to know I can come to my local store and feel relaxed and welcomed by such friendly staff.
