Brought a friend visiting the UK for a Sunday lunch. One of the best roast dinners in south London or maybe even London. Excellent value, very friendly and approachable staff and family run. As an ex hospitality member could not recommend more!

Great bar, lovely staff. Very nice decor throughout, posh ladies toilets and a really nice beer garden.
Fantastic private area upstairs for functions. Had a great time.

Had a Sunday Roast with a couple of friends - 1st October 23.
I had Roast Chicken. Delicious. Reasonably priced and great service.
Sat outside and enjoyed the weather with a shandy.

Easily the best roast in West Norwood for a more than reasonable price. Just make sure you book the day before or it will be sold out!! The crisp selection slaps too.
Forget all that £6+ a pint nonsense. This is a cosy old school pub with a lovely atmosphere and awesome beer garden.
Family run by people who care about everyone and are constantly doing things for local charities and food banks.
My favourite pub in West Norwood, and it's not even close. Could not recommend enough.
Perfect place to watch every England game, the rugby or F1.

The service and atmosphere are brilliant. Used to live in the area and have always been accommodating. I know people who have used this public house for wakes for the past couple of years, and they have always been excellent. Friendly and a nice little place to chill out in.

Down to earth and welcoming.
The landlady is an absolute lush, super personable and friendly.
Staff are all great also.
