Great presentation, the chaps are always so friendly at Wood Mangal, I've gone elsewhere a couple times but still return to WM on Bethnal Green Rd. The freshness is good, size of chicken doner and salad substantial! I've got takeaways over 20 times from this great spot and I'll keep coming back.

Last min decision to go out and eat on a Friday evening. Was told the seating downstairs was closed so was crammed onto an awkward corner table. Ordered 3 starters and a platter to share between 3 of us. Portions was very generous and there was loads leftover. Overall good experience but was baffled as to why a can of coke was priced at £2.50 each!

We ordered wings, doner kebab, and shish kebab. Wings were dry, so was he doner kebab but still OK to eat. Lamb shish was great. Service was very friendly and quick. The sitting area could have been a bit more nicer. Definitely will be back for more food. This place will be very popular soon.

Legitimately the best restaurant around Bethnal Green. Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. My partner and I have been eating here for a few weeks now. They make a lovely Lamacun wrap for takeaway and probably the best smoked seabass I’ve had ever! Also always had complimentary Baklava from Khalid with a warm and friendly welcoming service. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family.

They’ve done refurbishment both inside and out, but the food is still as tasty as before.
We were a party of 7 and ordered one family grill and a large mixed grill with two dishes of Calamari.
Their freezer got broken and no desserts were available except Baklava and rice pudding. It was very disappointing, but they gave us free Baklava and Turkish tea.
I love Baklava. There are hit and miss sometimes, but it was so good that I ate three pieces!
Carolina waited on us with honesty and great care. She is wonderful.
I highly recommend the place.

Staff, food, perfect service ! Fair on price. Even a takeaway bag love it ! Definitely coming again for my birthday thru didn't let me down and was very understanding because we was a little bit late but no issues. Best Turkish food In London Definitely recommend.
