Just another Patisserie Valerie - but it is all so good. The tea and coffee we ordered was perfect and we enjoyed our afternoon tea outside where they have heaters. One complaint - even though you may be having a bad day or something is wrong, please, please if you are serving a customer do not act rude or bored. Good service goes a long way and this particular waitstaff should not have shown up for work!

The personnel is super sweet and competent. Today I had to rush away because of work and the kind lady asked me if I wanted to take the unfinished lunch with me in a box. I was so sorry that I couldn't because the food here is AMAZING!!! Tasty, abundant and fresh. I had in these days the scampi with fries, English full breakfast, pastries, cakes, coffees.. Always delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners!!! You cannot go wrong with the lovely patisserie Valerie!!!! Ten stars

This to me is the best of the Patisserie Valerie chain. Lovely character Interior and a few tables outside on the Marylebone High street to watch the world go by. Good coffee, some great cakes and a good selection of lunches. Staff always used to be amazing, but sadly some of the familiar faces have moved on. Still a worthwhile visit when in the neighbourhood.

very nice staff, the quality of food is really good as well! some customer are very rude , yesterday i saw a customer with his son, they were both sitting on the table and his son vomit on it! the customer pretends that the waitress has to clean son's vomit! she cleaned and he just said to another waiter that they ve been rude with him... just shame on him. becarefull because sometimes customers are not always right! is not always gold what is shining.
