The place has really wonderful and chill vibes. These two workers called Selam and Ariam create a good atmosphere in pret with their smiles and politeness. They give me free cookies and they are fun to talk to.

All staff there are very kind and accommodating. I even had the door held open for me when I came in with my wheelchair. Lots of coffee and alternative milk options at no extra cost. I'm very pleased to have such a friendly coffee shop locally.

I recently purchased an avocado salad with egg and chicken from Prata, and I was very disappointed. The avocado was completely raw and inedible—I couldn’t even get a fork through it. For a place known for fresh ingredients, this was unacceptable. I hope they improve their quality control because this was far from what I expected.

I ordered my usual strong latte via a delivery app! And today, I could definitely taste the extra shot! Called the shop to thank the barista! I have to say, that I don't always order from that particular shop, so the usually "missing" extra shot is not dependant on that particular branch!
