I had a great customer service from a manager named Grant ! He gave excellent customer service and was really quick and efficient with everything.
Grant always checked up on us to see if we are okay which made me feel very comfortable! I do recommend the Balham branch for nandos as their food is amazing and you be lucky enough to have a guy like grant look after you 👍

Loved this Nandos...customer service was on point and friendly...young man who served my friends and I went above and beyond with customer care. Food was lovely and I must say I would definitely visit again. Also wanted to say the tall guy who made it possible for us to get seating even though we originally were told it would take 20 minutes...Thank you...it was a really long day of travelling and we just needed to eat.
Lovely atmosphere and staff all round 😊

The only reason I would give this 4 star instead of 5 stars, simply because you can’t book a table and there’s always a wait whenever you arrive. I first went to Purley Nando’s, then Tooting Nando’s, and then Balham Nando’s just because the wait was so long, but the restaurant food atmosphere Service everything is amazing once you’re seated.

Ghita is incredible!
I made an order online for collection and she very kindly let me eat it in the restaurant as my lift was 20 mins mate The restaurant was in great condition and the atmosphere was really fun - all other members of staff were really nice as well.

Team are friendly at this branch, but downside is you get cold chips and dry chicken. Cheeky to give chips that are cold and not fried fresh, ruins the meal as you got to wait for a fresh batch of chips when it should have been served fresh in the first place so you can have everything together. The chicken is also over cooked slightly making it dry and not enjoyable to eat. So overall, staff are great, but find it cheeky that they don’t serve freshly fried chips to try and save money - a result of this is a poor experience for the paying customer!
Updated review - after trying this Nando’s again, I can say there’s a huge improvement. Manager Grant is an actual legend, a real asset to Nando’s. Very friendly with a great sense of humour. Quick waiting times and super fresh food. I would say the wings were slightly on the overcooked side, but with Grant’s super friendly customer service, my previous review of a low rating can definitely be upgraded to a happy 5 stars!!
